Responsibilities

• Advise on development, structuring, and regulatory matters including offering plans and amendments.
• Support transactions involving residential, commercial, and mixed-use condo structures.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements and related documents.
• Handle dispute-related matters in prelitigation, including negotiations and mediation.
• Participate in litigation and arbitration, including discovery and trial preparation.
• Advise on regulatory and compliance matters related to board operations.
• Collaborate with attorneys on complex matters.
• Interact and communicate with clients throughout all phases of representation.
