Qualifications

• Courtroom experience in arbitration, depositions, and motion arguments preferred.
• Knowledge of property law and Community Association regulations.
• Familiarity with iManage and Orion is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct significant and substantive legal research and writing.

Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Community Association Associate Attorney in Woodland Park, NJ. The successful candidate will manage complex legal matters, advise clients, and ensure compliance with regulations for Community Associations, including Homeowners Associations (HOAs) and Condominium Associations (COAs).
