Job summary

Campbell Property Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to service our condominium communities in the Miami Beach area. You will perform routine maintenance on buildings, common areas, and plumbing/electrical systems to keep residents safe and comfortable.

The role requires experience in general maintenance, HVAC, painting and preventive maintenance. You will handle work orders, document activities, and assist with safety compliance and hurricane preparedness.

Qualifications

• Experience in general building maintenance.
• Ability to perform plumbing, electrical and HVAC repairs.
• Comfort performing preventive maintenance and minor carpentry tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across the condominium property.
• Complete work orders promptly and professionally.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC and lighting issues as needed.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment and replace filters.
