Campbell Property Management is seeking a dedicated Janitorial/Cleaner in Boca Raton to maintain clean, safe common areas across five buildings and two clubhouses. The role requires attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to work independently while supporting teammates as needed.

Typical schedule is Full-Time, Mon-Fri 7:30am-3:30pm, with a pay rate of $16 per hour. Candidates must have cleaning experience, own transportation, and pass a drug screen and background check.

Qualifications

• Must have cleaning/janitorial experience.
• Must have own transportation.
• Must be a self-starter and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• All candidates must undergo a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas throughout five buildings and two clubhouses.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and blow designated interior and exterior areas.
• Maintain cleanliness in office areas, main rooms, catwalks, elevators and stairways.
• Keep common areas near building entrances clean and presentable.
• Empty and dispose of trash from designated receptacles and restock supplies as needed.
• Assist teammates with cleaning and maintenance tasks; follow safety procedures.
