Job summary

Remington Seeds LLC is seeking a Conditioning Tower Operator to join our production team in Indiana. You’ll be hands-on with tower equipment, help keep downtime to a minimum, and ensure top-notch quality for every batch.

We value detail-oriented, safety-minded teammates who can work independently or with others. Training is provided for seed conditioning/maintenance, and you must pass a background check and drug test. Shift: Mon-Fri with some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and safety-minded with the ability to work independently and with a team.
• Experience with seed conditioning or maintenance is a bonus; training offered.

Responsibilities

• Run equipment and minimize downtime.
• Perform safety and quality checks and document them accurately.
• Clean between runs to protect product quality.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and general equipment care.
• Keep workspace clean and organized.
• Assist with other duties as needed.
• Schedule: M-F 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. with some Saturdays.

In this role, you’ll help make sure your tower facilities run like clockwork. You’ll be hands‑on with equipment, keeping production top‑notch and making sure our customers get the best quality every time.

This is a great opportunity if you’re detail‑oriented, safety‑minded, and enjoy working both independently and with a team. Bonus points if you’ve got experience with seed conditioning or maintenance—but if not, we’re happy to teach the right person!

What you’ll be doing:

• Running equipment and keeping downtime to a minimum.
• Performing safety and quality checks (and jotting them down accurately).
• Giving everything a thorough clean between runs to protect product quality.
• Helping with preventative maintenance and general equipment care.
• Keeping your work area clean, organized, and ready to roll.
• Pitching in on other duties as needed
• M-F 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. with some Saturdays

Requirements

• Shift hours: Oct to April -11:00 AM – 7:30 PM / April to Oct 7:30 AM - 4PM
• A positive communicator who works well with others.
• Someone who follows safety and quality guidelines like second nature.
• Comfortable with stairs and the occasional ladder climb.
• Experience with seed conditioning/maintenance.
• Able to work independently and stay on track.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
