Cottingham and Butler Health and Wellness division is hiring a Condition Management Account Coordinator to support participants in our program. The role involves answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, and documenting communications. Training is provided, no prior experience required.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills and may have background in medical settings or health-related roles. Onsite in Dubuque, IA with options for remote applicants.

Qualifications

• You don't need experience - we will train you!
• Strong customer service skills are required.
• Experience in a medical setting (receptionist, scheduler, verification, health coaching, LPN, CNA, Medical Assistant) or customer service background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer participants inquiries
• Assist participants via email and online messaging
• Accurately document participant communications
