Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manufacture condenser bushings meeting procedures, specs, standards, and customer requirements.
• Read and comprehend safety procedures, instructions, and assembly drawings.
• Handle epoxy compounds, solvents, mold releases, cleaning solutions, adhesives, O-Rings, machined components, primer, and silicone.
• Train on new equipment or processes in the O Plus Dry condenser bushing area.
• Adhere to load plans and production schedules for quantities.
• Able to wear PPE as required (steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, gloves, PAPR).
• Work in a team with minimal supervision on routine tasks.
