Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Alamo, TN is seeking a Condenser Bushing Assembler for the OPD area on the Weekend - Days shift. You will stock parts, inspect components, wind condensers, assemble/disassemble molds, prepare materials, operate curing ovens, and perform visual quality checks.

You must read drawings, follow safety procedures, handle epoxy and solvents, and work well in a team with minimal supervision to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing assembly requiring mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Capable of reading assembly drawings and procedures.
• Willingness to work in a team with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture condenser bushings per procedures and standards.
• Read and follow safety procedures, work instructions, and drawings.
• Handle materials and chemicals per safety guidelines.
• Participate in training on new equipment and processes.
• Maintain adherence to production plans and quality specs.
• Wear required PPE and follow safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team to complete standard tasks and non-standard assignments.
