Job summary

The Geneva Foundation is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support concussion research with the Keller Army Community Hospital at West Point, NY. You will assist with study coordination, data collection, and biospecimen handling while interfacing with investigators and military personnel.

Responsibilities include coordinating visits, safeguarding participant safety, regulatory documentation, and data quality assurance across multiple projects in the Orthopaedic Research Department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 1–2 years of research experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with concussion baseline testing (SCAT-6, ImPACT, BESS) desired.
• Experience with head impact measurement systems desired.
• ATC certification or similar desired.
• Visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and confidentiality of research participants at all times.
• Adhere to OSHA, GCP, GLP, and infection control procedures.
• Plan and coordinate initiation of research study protocol and policies.
• Plan and maintain data collection and analysis systems for research.
• Recruit, instruct and coordinate research subjects and volunteers.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities of technical support staff as needed.
• Organize meetings and outreach activities related to research.
• Document all correspondence and communication relevant to the research.
• Interact with Principal Investigator, site personnel, The Geneva Foundation, and sponsor.
• Comply with all rules for the assigned duty station.
• Create and follow a data quality and QA plan.
