Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a Concussion Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join our outpatient team in Bethlehem, PA. You will manage adolescent and adult patients, perform assessments, and collaborate with physicians and specialists to optimize concussion care.

The role features weekday hours, no weekend call, and a focus on patient education, documentation, and continuity of care within a top-ranked health system.

Qualifications

• Current PA medical license in good standing.
• CRNP certification or eligible preferred.
• Experience in outpatient clinical settings.
• Strong patient communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient assessment and care for concussion patients.
• Document and chart clinical visits and patient communications.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team.
• Conduct face-to-face and telehealth visits in outpatient clinic.
