Job summary

SEG INC is seeking experienced Concrete Workers for on-site roles in Virginia, MD, DC, and surrounding areas. You will perform forming, pouring, finishing, reinforcement, and general site labor on active construction sites while strictly adhering to project specifications and safety protocols.

Ideal candidates have experience in concrete construction, can read basic drawings, and are reliable team players with a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete construction is preferred.
• Able to read and interpret basic construction drawings and directions.
• Must be U.S. citizen for security clearance and compliance purposes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete placement, pouring, and finishing operations.
• Build, set, and strip concrete forms.
• Tie rebar and assist with reinforcement installation.
• Set anchor bolts and embedded items as directed.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling.
• Work closely with crew members and supervisors to meet project schedules.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

We are seeking experienced and dependable Concrete Workers to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist with a variety of concrete construction tasks, including forming, pouring, finishing, reinforcing, and general site labor while ensuring all work is completed safely and according to project specifications.

Requirements

• Willing and able to travel to various job sites; current projects are located in VA, MD, DC, and WV
• Previous experience in concrete construction preferred
• Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings and directions
• Strong knowledge of construction tools and equipment
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to work as part of a team
• U.S. Citizenship required for security clearance and compliance purposes
