Building Ventures in Carrollton, GA is seeking a Concrete Worker to join a local crew on residential and commercial pours, including forming, pouring, finishing, and cleanup. This outdoor role requires 1–3 years of concrete experience and the ability to lift 50–75+ lbs, with OSHA-10 preferred.

Expect $18-26/hr with overtime when available. You will set forms, place rebar, screed and finish slabs, and operate finishing tools while following foreman plans for slopes and elevations.

About This RoleJoin a local crew in Carrollton, GA as a Concrete Worker. You'll be on small-to-medium residential and commercial pours-forming, pouring, finishing, and cleanup. This job is physical, outdoors, and steady work for people who know how to handle concrete tools and stay on schedule. Pay ranges $18-26/hr DOE, with overtime when available. Typical schedule is Monday-Friday with occasional Saturday work. You'll work with hand and power tools, set forms, screed and finish concrete, and keep the site safe and clean.
