Job summary

Forsyth, GA-based concrete carpenter role focusing on formwork, rebar placement, and finishing tasks on commercial and civil projects. The candidate will read prints, lay out formwork, assemble forms, install rebar and anchors, brace forms, pour concrete and finish surfaces to spec.

Candidate should have 3+ years of formwork experience, be comfortable outdoors in varying weather, and capable of handling heavy materials while adhering to safety procedures. OSHA 10 is preferred or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret prints, drawings, plans and specifications to prepare formwork layout
• Measure, cut, assemble and install wooden and prefabricated concrete forms and scaffolding
• Install rebar, embeds, anchor bolts, spreaders and tie-rods to maintain dimensions and alignment
• Pour concrete, finish surfaces to specifications and protect/cure concrete as directed
• Maintain hand and power tools and ensure site safety procedures

About This RoleConcrete Carpenter needed in Forsyth, GA to lay out, build and install concrete forms, rebar, embeds and anchor bolts per plans and specifications. This role focuses on structural formwork, concrete placement and finishing using hand and power tools on commercial and civil projects. You'll read and interpret prints, measure and cut materials, install spreaders and tie-rods, brace forms, pour concrete and finish surfaces to spec.
