Bayland Buildings, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee design/build projects, lead the project team and manage budgets, resources and schedules. You will coordinate meetings and ensure thorough documentation, with occasional travel based on project location in the Midwest region.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management or related fields, strong verbal and written communication, and familiarity with construction terminology and Procore cloud-based PM software.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years experience in Project Management or related field.
• Minimum Associates degree in the Construction trade is preferred.
• Well versed in verbal and written communications.
• Familiarity with construction terminology and documentation.
• Proficiency with Project Scheduling Software & MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all project activities in a design/build setting.
• Assemble and direct project team including superintendent, purchasing and subcontractors.
• Control project budgets, resources, schedules and close out.

Project Managers are responsible to manage all project activities, including customer relations in a design/build setting, assemble and direct the project team including superintendent, purchasing, and subcontractors. Project Managers control project budgets, resources, schedules, and close out. Project Managers coordinate and lead project meetings and documentation thereof. Some travel may be required with this position depending on project location (typically the midwest).

Successful candidate will be well versed in verbal and written communications, Project Scheduling Software & MS Office at a minimum. Candidate should have familiarity with construction terminology and documentation. Minimum 5 years experience in Project Management or related field. Minimum Associates degree in the Construction trade is preferred.
