Job summary

PPT Inc. is seeking a motivated Concrete Turnkey Laborer to join our construction team in the Shreveport area. You will assist with formwork, rebar placement, pouring, finishing, and restoration to help deliver high-quality concrete structures.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, operating mixers and tools, and maintaining a safe, organized job site. This role offers hands-on growth in a fast-paced, on-site environment with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and basic heavy equipment.
• Comfort with lifting and performing physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in constructing formwork and setting up concrete molds per blueprints.
• Install rebar reinforcement with proper fastening and safety.
• Operate concrete mixers, power tools, and equipment for pouring and finishing.
• Perform concrete cutting, pouring, finishing, and surface smoothing to achieve required texture and quality.
• Follow plans and interpret technical drawings for accurate execution.
• Keep the worksite clean, organized and safe, handling materials and debris appropriately.
