CyberCoders, Inc. seeks a Concrete Superintendent to oversee and manage concrete construction projects. Relocation assistance is provided to ensure timely onboarding and project delivery.

The role requires proven superintendent experience in construction, strong leadership, and expertise in flatwork, tilt walls, and other concrete methods. You will coordinate with subs, review plans, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
• Experience with flatwork, cast-in-place, tilt walls, tilt-up, structural concrete, mass concrete, slabs, excavating, earthwork, and underground utilities, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all aspects of concrete construction projects
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure quality and accuracy
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including laborers and tradesmen
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for upper management
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control measures are adhered to
