Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a seasoned Concrete Superintendent to lead Self-Perform Work field crews on a remote-enabled project in Texas. You will manage SPW activities, ensure safety, schedule resources, and drive quality on-site while coordinating with project leaders to meet client expectations.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of SPW field engineering or construction management experience, a strong safety record, and OSHA 30 certification. A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SPW field engineering or related construction management experience.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction certification or equivalent.
• ASHE, CHC, or relevant market certification preferred.

Reviews and approves daily SPW field documentation, including progress reports, safety logs, and productivity records, to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience preferred. **Work Experience:** 7 years of experience in SPW field engineering, construction management, or a related field required. 1 - 2 years of experience in a managerial capacity preferred. **Certifications and Licenses:** OSHA 30‐Hour Construction preferred. OSHA 30-Hour Program Completion within 6 months of hire is required. ASHE, CHC, or relevant market certification preferred. OSHA 510/500 or equivalent training preferred.
