Job summary

Rockbridge Search & Recruitment in Utah is seeking a Concrete Superintendent to lead pours, supervise crews, and ensure quality on dynamic construction sites. You’ll translate plans into safe, efficient field execution, manage formwork, reinforcement, and concrete placement, and keep projects on schedule and on budget.

The Mission

As our Concrete Superintendent, you command the chaos and turn raw materials into rock-solid results. From foundations that anchor skylines to slabs that set the tone, you are the conductor of crews, schedules, safety, and quality. What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead concrete crews through pours, finishes, formwork, and reinforcement with confidence and clarity
• Plan, schedule, and execute work to keep projects charging forward on time and on budget
• Own site safety like it's personal, because it is
• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, subs, and suppliers to keep the rhythm tight
• Read plans, anticipate challenges, and solve problems before they slow the ride
• Set the standard for quality, productivity, and crew morale
