Job summary

Granite Construction is seeking a skilled supervisor to lead crews in preparing and applying concrete for major infrastructure projects. You will oversee formwork, reinforcement placement, and concrete pours across buildings, bridges, highways, and dams, ensuring quality and safety.

The role requires reading specifications, coordinating formwork and equipment, and training new workers. A high school diploma or equivalent and 2–4 years of field experience are needed to join our team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read specifications for aggregates and cement mix.
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks including walking/standing.

Responsibilities

• Oversees workers who place forms for molding concrete.
• Inspects bracing and shoring of concrete forms.
• Trains new workers.
