Assist experienced Operators with sawing, drilling, wall and ring saws, and GPR scanning on commercial and infrastructure projects, with opportunities for advancement based on performance and skill development.

Qualifications

• Construction, concrete, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn a skilled trade.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and ability to travel locally.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Strong focus on safety, precision, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete sawing, core drilling, demolition, and removal activities on active job sites.
• Support layout, measuring, and precision cutting operations.
• Assist with demolition and structural modification projects.
• Work safely in commercial, industrial, medical, and roadway environments.
• Follow all company safety policies, PPE requirements, Silica Safety standards, and OSHA regulations.
• Perform daily equipment inspections, cleaning, and basic maintenance.
• Learn the safe operation of specialized equipment including flat saws, wall saws, core drills, hand and ring saws, wire saws, mini excavators, skid steers, and robotic demolition equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting equipment and materials.
