PositionOverview

The Operator willperformpreciseconcretecutting,coredrilling,demolition,andremovalservicesoncommercial,industrial,andresidentialjobsites.Thisrolerequireshands-onexperienceoperatingconcretecuttinganddrillingequipmentwhilemaintainingastrongcommitmenttosafety,accuracy,andproductivity.Operatorswillberesponsibleforinterpretingjobspecifications,settingupandmaintainingequipment,andensuringworkiscompletedefficientlyandtocompanyqualitystandards.Theidealcandidateisdependable,safety-focused,physicallycapable,andabletoworkindependentlyoraspartofateaminfast-pacedfieldenvironments.

KeyResponsibilities

• Operateconcretecuttingequipmentsuchaswalk-behindsaws,handsaws,wallsaws,coredrills,andwiresaws
• Cut,saw,drillandremoveconcrete,asphalt,masonry,andothermaterialsaccordingtoprojectspecifications
• Readandinterpretjobplans,measurements,layouts
• Setupworkareas,includingproperventilation,watersupply,anddustcontrol
• Inspect,maintain,andcleantools,companyvehiclesandequipment
• Followallsafetyprocedures,includingPPE,SilicaSafetyandOSHAregulations
• Communicateeffectivelywithsupervisors,crewmembers,andsitepersonnel
