Job summary

SpeedyConcreteCutting,Inc. is hiring an Operator to perform precise concrete cutting, coring, demolition, and removal on commercial, industrial, and residential sites in Florida, Texas, and Tennessee. The role requires hands-on experience with cutting equipment and a strong safety focus.

Ideal candidates are dependable, physically capable, and able to work independently or in fast-paced field environments, with willingness to travel and adapt to day, night, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a concrete cutting equipment operator.
• Strong mechanical abilities and willingness to train measurements.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Able to lift 45 lbs or more.
• Willing to work days, nights, weekends, overtime, and travel if needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate concrete cutting equipment such as walk-behind saws, wall saws, core drills, and wire saws.
• Cut, saw, drill and remove concrete, asphalt, masonry per project specs.
• Read and interpret job plans, measurements, layouts.
• Set up work areas with ventilation, water supply, and dust control.
• Inspect, maintain, and clean tools, vehicles, and equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE, Silica Safety, and OSHA regulations.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, crewmembers, and site personnel.
• Perform general labor duties as needed on the job site.
