Job summary

Marek Sawing & Drilling LLC is seeking an Operator to perform precise concrete cutting, coring, demolition, and removal on diverse job sites in Tennessee. The role requires hands-on experience with cutting and drilling equipment, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to work independently or in a fast-paced team.

The ideal candidate will interpret specs, set up equipment, and maintain quality standards while handling occasional travel and outdoor/indoor work environments.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of experience as an operator.
• Strong mechanical abilities.
• Able to lift and move 45 lbs or more.
• Strong focus on safety, precision, and teamwork.
• Willing to train measurements and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Operate concrete cutting equipment including walk-behind saws, hand saws, wallsaws, core drills, and wiresaws.
• Cut, saw, drill and remove concrete, asphalt, masonry per project specs.
• Read and interpret job plans, measurements, layouts.
• Set up work areas with ventilation, water supply and dust control.
• Inspect, maintain and clean tools, vehicles and equipment.
• Follow PPE, Silica Safety and OSHA regulations.
• Communicate with supervisors, crewmembers, and site personnel.
• Perform general labor duties as needed.
