SpeedyConcreteCutting,Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Concrete Sawing & Drilling Helper/Trainees.

This entry-level role offers hands-on training and mentorship to build a rewarding career in construction, with opportunities to advance based on performance and skill development. You'll assist experienced Operators with concrete cutting, coring and related tasks on commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects while learning safe operation of specialized equipment

Qualifications

• Construction, concrete, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn a skilled trade.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and ability to travel locally.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Safety, precision, and teamwork focus.
• Comfortable working outdoors, indoors, or in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete sawing, coring, demolition, and removal on active job sites.
• Support layout, measuring, and precision cutting operations.
• Assist with demolition and structural modification projects.
• Work safely in commercial, industrial, medical, and roadway environments.
• Follow all safety policies, PPE requirements, Silica safety standards, and OSHA regulations.
• Perform daily equipment inspections, cleaning, and basic maintenance.
• Learn safe operation of specialized equipment including flatsaws, wallsaws, coredrills, handsaws, wiresaws, mini excavators, skid steers, and robotic demolition equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting equipment and materials.
