Job summary

Speedy Concrete Cutting, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join the team as Concrete Sawing & Cutting Helper/Trainees. This entry-level role includes hands-on training and mentorship to advance into an Operator role on commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities include assisting with sawing, drilling, and demolition, while learning to operate equipment safely in various environments. Local travel and a commitment to safety are required.

Qualifications

• Construction, concrete, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn a skilled trade.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and ability to travel locally.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Strong focus on safety, precision, and teamwork.
• Comfortable working outdoor, indoors, or confined environments.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete sawing, core drilling, demolition, and removal activities on active job sites.
• Support layout, measuring, and precision cutting operations.
• Assist with demolition and structural modification projects.
• Work safely in commercial, industrial, medical, and roadway environments.
• Follow all company safety policies, PPE requirements, Silica Safety standards, and OSHA regulations.
• Perform daily equipment inspections, cleaning, and basic maintenance.

Position Overview

Speedy Concrete Cutting, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Concrete Sawing & Drilling Helper/Trainees. This entry-level role offers the opportunity to build a rewarding career in the construction industry through hands‑on training and mentorship. Helper/Trainees assist experienced Operators with concrete cutting, core drilling, wall sawing, wire sawing, and GPR scanning on commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects while developing the skills needed to advance into an Operator role. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete sawing, core drilling, demolition, and removal activities on active job sites
• Support layout, measuring, and precision cutting operations
• Assist with demolition and structural modification projects
