Qualifications

• Construction, concrete, or general labor experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn a skilled trade
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license with clean record and ability to travel locally
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Strong focus on safety, precision, and teamwork
• Comfortable working outdoor, indoors, or confined environments
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete sawing, core drilling, demolition, and removal activities on active job sites
• Support layout, measuring, and precision cutting operations
• Assist with demolition and structural modification projects
• Work safely in commercial, industrial, medical, and roadway environments
• Follow all company safety policies, PPE requirements, Silica Safety standards, and OSHA regulations
• Perform daily equipment inspections, cleaning, and basic maintenance
• Learn the safe operation of specialized equipment, including: flat saws, wall saws, core drills, hand saws, ring saws, wire saws, mini excavators, skid steers, robotic demolition equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting equipment and materials
