Job summary

Sunland Asphalt is seeking a Concrete Repair and Maintenance Technician to perform waterproofing, epoxy coatings, caulking and concrete repairs on construction sites. This role involves physical labor, carpentry tasks, and using hand tools under supervision, with emphasis on safety.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and prefer 6–12 months of related experience. Full-time on-site work with competitive pay and benefits is offered in the Phoenix area.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English, speaking, reading and writing preferred.
• Six months to one year related experience preferred.
• Willingness to perform physical labor and operate hand/tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform waterproofing, epoxy coatings, caulking and concrete repairs.
• Operate basic power tools and maintain a clean, safe job site.
• Follow safety policies, participate in job-site safety meetings.
