Sunland Asphalt, a Phoenix-based leader in concrete repair and maintenance, seeks a Concrete Repair and Maintenance Technician to perform waterproofing, epoxy coatings, caulking, and structural repairs on project sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing and speaking).
• 6 months to 1 year related construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform waterproofing, epoxy coatings, caulking, pedestrian and traffic coatings, and concrete structural repairs.
• Undertake general labor, carpentry, and use power/tools as required.
• Follow safety policies, participate in safety meetings, and ensure job-site safety and traffic control.
• Operate and maintain equipment and tools, and report any malfunctions to supervisor.
