Responsibilities

• Operate concrete tools and perform finishing tasks.
• Follow Foreman instructions to meet production schedules.
• Adhere to safety policies and wear PPE at all times.
• Maintain clean, organized job site and report equipment issues.
• Coordinate with crew, paver operator, truck drivers, and laborers.
• Assist with setup and teardown of equipment as needed.
