Job summary

Morgan Corp. in Blythewood, SC is seeking a Concrete Repair Laborer to join our Geostructural/Concrete Grouting/Repair team within the Industrial Division. The role requires general construction knowledge, physical stamina, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading materials, mixing and pouring concrete, safety inspections, and coordinating with crew members to maintain safe, efficient operations. OT and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• One year of construction laborer experience preferred.
• Flexible work schedule, including overtime and weekends as needed.
• Willingness to travel and work out of town for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• General construction knowledge and able to properly operate hand and power tools.
• Loading and unloading material and equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Mix, pour, or spread concrete using portable cement mixers.
• Perform safety inspections of work areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Communicate with crew members and management to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Clean and prepare construction site, ensure work area is safe and organized.
• Ability to identify and correct unsafe conditions.
• Capable of working at a sustained pace and produce quality work.
• Must be accountable for conduct and have excellent attendance.
