Responsibilities

• Concrete/Post-tension repair
• Rebar/post-tension installation and stressing
• New construction and existing buildings
• Working at heights
• Formwork, carpentry, and finishing
• Attention to detail and safety

Qualifications

• Experienced construction field technicians/laborers
• Previous experience in concrete repair, formwork, finishing, grouting, and placement of rebar and post-tensioning systems
• Experience placing, finishing, and patching concrete on parking decks, bridge decks, concrete paving, structural members (beams, columns, caps), flatwork, and miscellaneous structures
• Ability to read and speak English; Spanish is a plus
• Team oriented, solution oriented, proactive, professional, positive attitude
• Safety-oriented in all situations and environments
• Travel expectations up to 85% out of town travel, mixed with South Florida-area work

Additional Requirements

• Must provide own transportation and pass DMV record screening
• Pre-employment drug screen is required
• Manlift & forklift experience a plus
