There are no welding duties in this position.*** Specific job responsibilities will include: Working alongside a Foreman/Superintendent to execute daily tasks* General concrete repair (demolition, rebar installation, carpentry, concrete pours, finishing)Operating power-tools (i.e rotary hammers, chipping hammers, hammer drills, etc.).Post-tension repair* Rebar/post-tension installation and stressing* Independently traveling between projects.The ideal candidate will be / have:* Focused on safety in all situations and environments.* Comfortable with the use of standard PPE at construction sites.* Team and solution oriented, with a proactive, professional, positive attitude.* Experienced construction field technicians / laborers* Advantageous if familiar with concrete repair, formwork and finishing, grouting, and placement/tying of rebar.* Advantageous if familiar with the installation and/or stressing of post tensioning systems* Familiarity with new construction and existing buildings* Comfort with working at heights* The ability to read and speak English.* The ability to lift material up to 50lbs* Good hand-eye coordination & capable of standing for extended periods of time.* Motivated to work more than 40 hours per week.* Desire to grow and advance within the company with commensurate salary growthPrior experience in post tensioning is ideal but not required.
