Job summary

Navasota is seeking a field technician to perform concrete testing and daily reporting within our construction operations. You will follow all safety standards, perform field testing of concrete, and communicate with the Batch Plant, Production Supervisors, and Quality Control Supervisor about any pour delays.

Candidates must have ACI Field Grade 1 certification or obtain it within the first year, NPCA PQS 1, 1–3 years of construction or concrete testing experience, the ability to lift up to 40

Qualifications

• ACI Field Grade 1 certification required or must be obtained within the 1st year of employment.
• NPCA PQS 1 required.
• 1-3 years construction and/or concrete testing experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
• Must pass background investigation and drug screening.
• Must obtain ACI certifications within 90 days of employment.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans, specifications, safety rules, and read a tape measure
• Accuracy and attention to detail is required
• Obtain necessary field technician certifications
• Must be punctual, reliable and dependable
• Must be able to lift, carry, push up to 40 lbs on a regular basis
• Must pass background investigation, drug screening
• Must be able to obtain ACI certifications within 90 days of employment
