Job Description: Quality Control Supervisor

In this role, you will work under the direction of the Area Manager. The Concrete Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for safeguarding and efficiently directing all processes, people, and resources as assigned. Success in this role is determined by the ability to cultivate and nurture a positive team environment, supervise and develop team members, uphold quality control operations while emphasizing safety, ethics, integrity, and efficiency, proactively manage risk, and comply ethically with all internal and external policies, specifications, procedures, and standards.
