Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in the United States, Kansas, seeks a Quality Control Technician to perform routine tests on raw materials, in-process components, and final products within an industrial manufacturing setting.

The role requires a high school diploma, quality control experience, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. ACI/PCI certification is preferred or must be obtained within 3 months. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Quality control experience in related industry.
• ACI / PCI Certification preferred, or pass ACI Concrete Field Testing within 3 months.
• Basic computer and tablet skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically.
• Effective communication with team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily compressive strength testing of hardened concrete specimens.
• Monitor production operations as required.
• Pipe patching and assisting pipe crew when necessary with strip, setup, and pouring of products.
• Responsible for receiving and filing raw material reports for documentation.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.
