Cemstone is seeking a Pump Operator to perform pre-trip inspections and operate concrete pumps in a safe, DOT-compliant manner. You will monitor fluid levels, check tires, hydraulics, and operate pump systems per customer needs, coordinating with drivers and dispatch to meet schedules.

Qualifications

• Education or equivalent experience with pump operations.
• Safety: Pump Operator’s first responsibility is safety.
• English reading/writing proficiency required.
• Ability to perform basic math and handle cash.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip inspections and safe pump operation.
• Drive to project sites and set up pumps safely.
• Operate pumps per customer specifications and maintain equipment.
• Communicate with dispatch and complete on-site paperwork.
• Maintain professional image and assist as needed.
