Job summary

CMP Pumping in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Concrete Pump Operator to safely drive and operate a pump truck, perform daily safety inspections, and support high-quality concrete placement on diverse projects.

You will monitor pump operation, resolve pumping issues, maintain equipment, ensure site safety, and document tickets and hours for the supervisor. A Class B license and DOT health requirements are required, with weekend availability and reliable transportation preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive and operate a concrete pump truck safely.
• Perform daily pre-operational inspections for safety and preventive maintenance.
• Operate the pump, monitoring the movement of concrete to pour locations.
• Resolve issues related to pouring and pumping, clean up after the job, and perform minor repairs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate site conditions and set up in a safe/efficient manner.
• Submit job tickets, inspection forms, and hours to the supervisor daily.
• Keep unit clean and maintained daily.
• Represent CMP Pumping in a positive and professional manner when working on job sites.
