Job summary

Carroll Concrete, a CRH Company, is seeking a Pump Operator in Vermont for a full-time year-round position (CDL-B). The role offers competitive pay and on-the-job training with no prior pumping experience required.

Qualifications

• CDL-B commercial driver's license (applicant may already hold one).
• No prior pumping experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Pre-trip inspection of concrete pumps according to DOT regulations.
• Fill water tank before each project and ensure valves are shut.
• Safely drive to project site and position pump.
• Pump concrete per customer requirements with attention to safety and efficiency.
• Complete all paperwork before leaving the site.
• Assist at plant/yard or with other duties when not pumping.
• Maintain communication with dispatch via radio or cell phone.
• Observe company policies and procedures and collect payment if required.
