Job summary

Las Vegas Paving is seeking a Concrete Division Project Manager to oversee all concrete scope activities for assigned projects, ensuring tasks are executed on schedule and within budget. The PM delegates and directs efforts across the team, coordinating with engineers, suppliers, and third-party professionals.

The role requires 4+ years in heavy civil construction project management, with 1 year on construction sites, and a bachelor’s in civil engineering or construction management preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of Heavy Civil Construction Project Management experience.
• Administrative experience: 4 years (Required).
• Construction site: 1 year (Required).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Division 03 (concrete division) work on assigned project(s).
• Create and maintain project schedules for concrete division work to aid resource planning.
• Track and manage costs against the estimated budget; seek cost-saving solutions.
• Oversee submittals and RFIs to meet milestones on schedule.
• Coordinate entry level project engineers and monitor their tasks.
• Procure materials, assign POs, track shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with 3rd party engineers for falsework and shoring methods.
