Responsibilities

• Ensure safety goals are achieved for responsible projects and identify safe work practices and areas for improvement.
• Forecast project cost to completion and project gross profit for each monthly close.
• Coordinate with Chief of Civil/Concrete Estimating for estimate and bid support including take-off, estimates, proposals and pricing.
• Develop Schedule of Values (SOV), Owner invoices and ensure timely Owner payments.
• Develop project budgets based on current estimates and proposals.
• Draft and submit project correspondence to document risk-related issues such as delays, claims, extra work and safety hazards.

Education

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, and other relevant course work, or years of work experience in related job field
