Job summary

ARCO is seeking a Concrete Project Manager with 2-7 years of experience to lead one or more major concrete projects. Tilt-up or tilt-wall experience is a major plus, and candidates should be able to coordinate design and construction with the project team on site.

You will participate in site meetings, manage safety, quality and schedules with the superintendent, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BS or BA strongly preferred; Construction Management or related field preferred
• 0-3 years+ of construction management experience - Concrete and Tilt Wall experience is a plus
• Ability to effectively make sound decisions under tight deadlines
• Ability to organize, plan and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results
• Exhibit commitment to quality by evaluating project-related processes and meeting customer expectations
• Act with integrity aligning with company values and meeting customer requirements

Responsibilities

• Participate with and collaborate in the design and construction process with the ARCO Project team
• Conduct job site meetings on site

• Remain cost conscious and aware of every aspect of the project

A Day in the Life:
