Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Homewood, IL, to lead asphalt paving and heavy civil projects. You will prepare competitive estimates, analyze plans, and coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and engineers to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires 3+ years in estimating or PM, strong knowledge of construction methods, and proficiency in estimating software and MS Office. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in estimating and/or project management in asphalt paving or heavy civil construction.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities
