Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Project Estimator located in Columbus, OH. The Project Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates by analyzing construction plans, specifications, and technical documents. The individual will coordinate with project managers and clients to develop budgets, evaluate project scope, and identify cost-effective solutions. Additional tasks include assisting with project proposals and contributing to overall project planning and execution.

• Strong skills in Cost Management and Budgeting
• Proficiency in Concrete Construction Estimating
• Attention to detail with the ability to organize and retain critical information for future reference
• Proficiency in project estimation tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in CONCRETE construction or a related field is highly desirable
