Job summary

Oldcastle, a CRH company, is seeking an entry-level team member to safely and efficiently produce precast concrete products in an industrial manufacturing setting. You will strip and clean forms, prepare steel molds, perform basic carpentry, and assist with facility maintenance to support high-quality outputs.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Strip and clean concrete forms and products.
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Perform basic carpentry skills.
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.
