Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is seeking a team member to support the production of precast concrete products in an industrial setting. You will work with forms, molds, and basic carpentry to ensure high-quality output and safety compliance.

The role emphasizes physical activity, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and clear communication within a fast-paced production team. Prior construction experience and a high school diploma are preferred with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Construction experience preferred.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Strip and clean concrete forms and products.
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Perform basic carpentry skills.
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.
