Job summary

Rinker Materials is seeking a Production Worker (Concrete) for our BILLINGS, MT plant. You will contribute to manufacturing concrete products and operate related equipment while following safety protocols. This role supports form setup, material handling, and quality standards.

The position requires reading work orders, handling hand/power tools, and potentially operating a forklift. Outdoor work and physical effort, including lifting up to 50 lbs, are expected as part of daily production tasks.

Qualifications

• Able to read and interpret work orders and complex instructions.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Ability to work outdoors or in open air environments.
• Preferred – experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Preferred – experience operating a forklift.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs frequently; heavier with equipment.

Responsibilities

• Mixing and pouring concrete.
• Operate machinery and equipment such as concrete mixers and conveyors.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas.
• Assist with transportation and placement of concrete forms and molds.
• Load and unload materials and supplies.
• Set up forms in production process of concrete products.
• Move heavy construction materials.
• Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear.
• Adhere to quality control standards for high-quality products.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
