Job summary

Rinker Materials in Humboldt, IA is seeking a PRODUCTION WORKER to join our plant. As a general laborer, you will contribute to one of the nation's largest manufacturers of reinforced concrete pipe, box, bridge, and other related infrastructure products for stormwater and sanitary applications.

You will work become part of a community that prioritizes not only our customers but also values our dedicated and loyal employees.

Qualifications

• Reads and interprets work orders and complex instructions.
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools.
• Able to work outdoors/in open air environments.
• Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Forklift experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mixing and pouring concrete.
• Operating machinery and equipment such as concrete mixers and conveyors.
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas.
• Assisting with transportation and placement of concrete forms and molds.
• Loading and unloading materials and supplies.
• Setting up forms in the production process.
• Handling and moving heavy construction materials.
• Following safety protocols and wearing protective gear.
• Adhering to quality control standards for concrete products.
• Performing other tasks as assigned by management.
