Job Description

We are seeking a Precast Concrete Production Lead responsible for daily planning, supervision, training, and implementation within their assigned area. The role involves ensuring production schedules are met within budget, maintaining safety and quality standards, and performing functions of Journeyman and Production Worker roles.

Position Details

This is a first shift position.

Qualifications

• Concrete and/or construction experience (preferred)
• 3+ years in precast/pre-stress industry (preferred)
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Teamwork and leadership abilities
• Capability to manage multiple projects daily
