Finfrock is hiring a General Laborer in Orlando to join our manufacturing team and contribute to the production of prestressed concrete products. You will help prepare, pour, and finish elements while handling materials like concrete and rebar, all within a safety-focused environment.

The role involves lifting, setting up forms, and working at heights with potential overtime or weekend shifts to meet production needs. A strong work ethic and reliable reading of instructions are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 3+ years of experience working with concrete
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance on a regular basis.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
• Capable of climbing onto trailers and working at heights.
• Can read or learn to read instructions on a tablet.
• Follows directions reliably.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the preparation, pouring, and finishing of prestressed concrete products.
• Handle materials such as concrete, rebar, and cables used in production.
• Set up forms, molds, and reinforcement components as directed by the supervisor.
• Perform basic labor duties, including lifting, moving, and positioning materials.
• Clean and maintain molds, tools, and equipment to ensure proper function.
• Assist in dismantling forms after concrete has been set.
• You must adhere to FINFROCK safety standards including the personal protective equipment required for the area.
• Personal protective equipment will be required for most areas to work, including boots, hardhat and gloves. Depending on the position you work in, safety glasses, hearing protection, dust mask and other PPE may be required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe working environment.
• This is a full-time position that may vary outside the normal work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Depending on the area you work in, the shift may require working in the early morning or at night and sometimes overtime, or weekend shifts to meet production needs.
