FINFROCK is seeking an Experienced Precast Concrete Worker in Orlando, FL to join a manufacturing team focused on quality and safety while building prestressed concrete products.

You will assist in preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete, set up forms and reinforcement, and handle materials. This full-time role may require varied shifts, overtime, and weekend work to meet production needs.

Qualificações

• Experience with concrete products and production environments.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Capable of climbing onto trailers and working at heights.
• Reads and follows tablet-based instructions and communicates clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparation, pouring, and finishing of prestressed concrete products.
• Handle materials such as concrete, rebar, and cables.
• Set up forms, molds, and reinforcement per supervisor instructions.
• Perform basic labor duties, including lifting and moving materials.
• Maintain molds, tools and equipment for safe operation.
• Assist in dismantling forms after concrete has set and cure.
